Our roots are deep in the building trades. Our original family flooring business serviced many custom home builders in the 80's and 90's. During that time, we saw many people that were unhappy with their building experience for many reasons. We then felt the need to develop a home building company that would not only meet peoples needs, give them a quality home, and give them a better building experience through educating them during the entire process. We strive to help you understand the process and the different aspects that go into homebuilding. Our desire to build a truly custom home, with timeless techniques, attention to detail, and your satisfaction is what motivates us today. Why We Are Different:

We have initial consultations with our clients to listen to what their needs and wants are. We educate our clients on the building process, our suggested techniques and materials, and latest cost trends to start to develop a home plan that can meet their budget. Each home we build is the first time we are building that home. We do not build the same home twice. Our upfront process may take a little longer. However, in the end we hit our budget and the only extras our clients pay are if they upgrade from their original bid out selections. Remember, each municipality has it own certain rules and regulations as well as state regulations. That means there are certain costs and items that need to be considered and bid out. Again, our experience will assure that there are no hidden fees or cost after our initial bid. We take the time to discuss costs so you, our client, have all the necessary information to make an informed decision on your investment.
